{"id":5736,"date":"2024-11-15T11:08:11","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T17:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/21panorama.com\/?p=5736"},"modified":"2024-11-29T11:13:25","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T17:13:25","slug":"recibe-abuzeid-lozano-por-tercer-ano-consecutivo-reconocimiento-por-finanzas-sanas-en-ixtlahuaca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/21panorama.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/15\/recibe-abuzeid-lozano-por-tercer-ano-consecutivo-reconocimiento-por-finanzas-sanas-en-ixtlahuaca\/","title":{"rendered":"RECIBE ABUZEID LOZANO POR TERCER A\u00d1O CONSECUTIVO RECONOCIMIENTO POR FINANZAS SANAS EN IXTLAHUACA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Finanzas sanas, estabilidad, transparencia e innovaci\u00f3n, destacan a la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de Lozano Casta\u00f1eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de Ixtlahuaca, encabezado por el presidente municipal Abuzeid Lozano Casta\u00f1eda, fue reconocido por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo con el Reconocimiento al Esfuerzo Hacendario Municipal \u201cJos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n\u201d 2024, distinci\u00f3n otorgada por el Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y el Instituto Hacendario del Estado de M\u00e9xico (IHAEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este reconocimiento, en el que solo destacaron 31 de los 125 municipios mexiquenses, resalta el compromiso de Ixtlahuaca con un manejo responsable y eficiente de los recursos p\u00fablicos, siendo el n\u00famero uno de la zona norte de la entidad mexiquense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ixtlahuaca se posicion\u00f3 en el lugar n\u00famero nueve a nivel estatal, con una destacada puntuaci\u00f3n de 91.06 puntos. Adem\u00e1s, recibi\u00f3 una &#8220;Menci\u00f3n Regional&#8221; por su desempe\u00f1o en la Regi\u00f3n Hacendaria Norte, al registrar un crecimiento recaudatorio de 7.6% con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, superando as\u00ed los resultados de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la evaluaci\u00f3n de este reconocimiento, el IHAEM tom\u00f3 en cuenta diez apartados que abarcan el manejo de las finanzas p\u00fablicas, el fortalecimiento del marco jur\u00eddico hacendario, la participaci\u00f3n en el sistema de coordinaci\u00f3n hacendaria estatal, la modernizaci\u00f3n en predial y catastral, el manejo adecuado del recurso h\u00eddrico y de la electrificaci\u00f3n, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones en materia de transparencia y mejora regulatoria, as\u00ed como la innovaci\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n de servidores p\u00fablicos, entre otros aspectos clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al recibir este galard\u00f3n, el Gobierno de Ixtlahuaca reafirma su compromiso con la eficiencia financiera y la mejora constante de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, en beneficio de sus ciudadanos. La constancia en el buen manejo de los recursos refleja la responsabilidad y dedicaci\u00f3n del equipo de trabajo del municipio, encabezado por el presidente municipal, y consolida a Ixtlahuaca como
